Non Attending Contributors can submit proposals for the inclusion of their work as a final paper for refereeing and publication in the conference proceedings (electronic and print formats). Papers may be submitted for publication at any time before the conference, and up until one calendar month after the closing date of the conference. This type of registration also provides access to all the electronic version of the conference proceedings.
